Project Overview

Problem Statement Acclaro Advisory needed to modernise their website to support expanding services and diverse audience needs. A key challenge was differentiating the Sustainable Facilities Management Index (SFMI) sub-site while maintaining brand cohesion.

Role UX/UI designer at Wholegrain Digital, creating information architecture and visual design for both main site and SFMI sub-site following Granola Go framework.

Process

1. Discovery Collaborated with stakeholders to define business requirements and user needs for both main site and SFMI sub-site.
2. User Personas Developed personas based on stakeholder insights, mapping content needs, pain points, goals, and identifying opportunities.
3. Information Architecture Developed sitemap structure and iterated on it based on stakeholder feedback.
4. Design Created wireframes and high-fidelity designs for main site, and developed a secondary colour palette to visually distinguish SFMI sub-site.

Outcome Delivered flexible website system that supports service expansion with clear visual distinction between main site and SFMI sub-site while maintaining brand consistency.
