Role Led information architecture and visual redesign, focusing on donation flows and impact storytelling while implementing new brand guidelines.

- Discovery Collaborated with Wholegrain team and stakeholders to define website goals and requirements.
- User Personas Developed personas based on stakeholder insights, mapping content needs, pain points, and goals.
- Information Architecture Developed sitemap emphasising personal stories in main navigation and streamlined donation flows with prominent CTAs.
- Design Created high-fidelity wireframes implementing new brand guidelines, proposing dark theme to align with refreshed identity.
Outcome Delivered a modern website strengthening Greenhouse Sports' storytelling and fundraising through improved navigation, clearer donation paths, and cohesive branding.
